Error 0xc00007b !!!

Hi guys when I launch sleeping dogs definitive edition edition in my window 7 64 bit it gives me an error the application was unable to start correctly error 0xc00007b.I tried everything to fix it like updated every thing but error is still alive.I updated .Net Framework,Directx,Visual C++,Graphics drivers etc.Can you give me solution plz.

Most errors are fixed by reinstalling the files you listed but you didn't say whether you tried to reinstall Sleeping dogs. Did you uninstall the other files or just reinstall over the existing? You might want to try that route if you didn't before. Disable your AV and firewall during the install to make sure they aren't causing problems. You can also try running as administrator and trying compatibility mode to see if you can get it to work.
