Error 1062

Am trying to download patch for eveonline and when I try to install it I get error 1062. I have run all my registry repair programs and still no luck...can anyone suggest a fix.

1062 is a duplicate error. Download/install/run http://www.ccleaner.com/
It's free. This will cleanup your temp folders.
The duplicate error might be due to a preexisting file in a temp folder.
