Question Error 113 error 117 when trying to install program

hi guys trying to install xilog plus to run my cnc milling machine coming up with error 113 or error 117 anyone help

Do you know what operating system this machine uses? Is there a version of this software currently installed and you are trying to do an update?

A linux error 113 is a network error. Could this software be trying to access the internet during installation?
