I have had my fair share of technical errors and shortcomings with Windows 10, but none have ever really been permanent or had a noticeable impact on my experience, but ever since Sunday I have been attempting to install a game called "Blade and Soul" and whenever I attempt to install it, it goes halfway, then presents with this error: https://gyazo.com/20163a8ebf2013838a9575fc523ac052
I researched this error and contacted the game's support numerous times, so far only getting generic, cover-all answers like "disable your antivirus" and "reset winsock" (the latter of which makes absolutely no sense to me as I am trying to install it, not run/patch it...). I have found solutions for older versions of Windows, but so far, none have worked. I checked the security permissions for my computers hidden C:\ProgramData folder, though it looked fine screenshots can be seen here:

I also attempted running a subinacl script found here (would link original post, but I can't seem to find it again) : http://pastebin.com/wjLmuj2S
I have never had any issues installing any program before, and I have no idea why this program is all of a sudden giving me this error.
