Error 1324 - Please help

Hi all,

I am getting error 1324 for a file path 'Inventor 2016' when I try to update my Autodesk inventor and its driving me nuts because inventor keeps on crashing and wont stop till I install the new patch.

Didn't really know where this sits in the forums.
