Error 1603 amd rx 580 display driver not installing

So I have tried everything, but my amd drivers are messed up. I have tried uninstalling all the drivers and reinstalling them, I’ve tried Sfa scans now and dism and both worked fine but did not fix the problem. One thing I have noticed is in my windows update section there are a lot of pending updates but when I try to install them it doesn’t work and gives me an error code. Please help me, it won’t let me play any games until it’s fixed.

TX650 Corsair power supply
Rx 580 sapphire nitro plus 8GB
16gb 3200 Corsair vengeance lpx
AMD Ryzen 7 2700x
Kingston 120gb ssd

When you built the system, were you using all new parts including storage drives?

Hi I did, but my problem has passed as I just did a clean install of windows.
