Error 1603 when trying to update graphics drivers.

I've been getting this issue when I try to update my graphics drivers.
I have an AMD RX 560. The suggested drivers are 17.7.2.

Am I able to roll back to a previous driver? I can't seem to figure out how to do so.

Try to do uninstall of your drivers with this program.: http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html After that install whichever drivers you want from amd's website.

Didn't work. Still got the same error.
I've found out it's because of Windows not being fully updated. So I'll have to fix that first.
