Error 1962 no operating system found HELP!

hey guys so my sister has an lenov desktop PC and a few days ago when she turned it on it says "Error 1962 no operating system found press any key to continue" ive all ready tried to reinstall windows 10 again thinking that was the problem but i was wrong lol, anyone know why this happens or how to fix it? thanks for the look!

Your system can't access to the "place" where your operating system is located so that means there's a problem with your Hard Disk/storage device
