Error 1962 No Operating System Found

i have a lenovo desktop PC and a few days ago when i turned it on it says "Error 1962 no operating system not found. i google this eroor and then i tried some solutions below:
1- i checked and change the bios settings sevrel time.
2- i swap the sata cables.
3- i remove and reseated the memory chips (ram)
i got nothing and finaly i remove HDD and connect it with another PC but i face same problem in that pc. which means my HDD is faulty. and i have very important file and other data on that faulty HDD i also try to connect it with sata usb removable cables. in "my computer" it shows the removable disks but when i try to access, it says "please insert disk". how do i recover my data. and how do i get access to my HDD, and what is the problem with my HDD actually. Please help me.
