Error 2100 Hard Disk Drive error

Can not get to start menu.... Turns on laptop and I instantly get Error2100 HDDO hard disk drive initialization error

Hi there Bobby Thomas,

It seems that your HDD has failed. You can see whether this is the case with just testing it with some HDD testing tool for DOS.
In case the laptop is under warranty, it may be a good idea to contact the manufacturer.
