[SOLVED] ERROR 2100 on friend’s laptop

My friend has an error on his laptop, ERROR 2100: HDD0 (Hard disk drive) initialization error (1), to be more specific. I’m stumped on this problem and I would really appreciate your help. All the information and images are down below ⬇️

If not, the next step would be to remove the hard drive and test it in another PC for possible failure.

Unfortunately, that's the next step. Without a working PC, the drive can't be tested and without a working drive, the PC can't be tested. The other options are to simply buy another drive without knowing if this drive is the problem or take it to a PC shop and pay for them to diagnose the issue. Even if he buys a drive, if he doesn't already have a flash drive with Windows 10 install media, he'll need to get that, which also involves using another PC.

No, he'd need to install the drive. If there was an easy shortcut, I'd have given it!

Did he check the SATA Controller in the BIOS first.

If not would recommend to do that.

I don’t think so, I can’t contact him anymore because he is now banned.

He got banned right after I sent him all the advice and research, I think he fixed it but he got banned before I could confirm.
