I am a bit stumped here, my computer at work is getting the display error mentioned above about every 4 or 5 days or so. When this error occurs the computer becomes unresponsive, it will operate, but at an untolerable speed (like 5 minutes to open browser, during which time the mouse will not even move) The PC is a Dell vostro 220 - http://www.dell.com/us/dfb/p/vostro-220/pd#TechSpec
I have searched for this error on google and as well as here, but it seems as though this only seems to be happening to those with discrete GPU's which we do not have. I have installed all windows updates including one for the G45/43 express graphics, and it is still happening. Does anyone have any pointers?
