Question "Error 5 Access is denied" when writing image to SD card ?

I'm trying to write an image to a SD card and get "Error 5 Access is denied". I have done a full formatting of the card with "SD card formatter". Then I ran Win32diskimager as administrator and I get the error. I have also changed the permission to the drive to full. Is there something I have overlooked?
I can copy any file to the drive so the USB stick is OK.
