Error 63 Asus Deluxe

I just fixed my pc today but the motherboard gives me error of 63 that lights up beside VGA_LED. they said its my processor since the asus deluxe z170 supports 6th generation but i have a processor of i5 7500 and my screen doesnt show any display at all as of nothings connected to the monitor. just wondering if error 63 is really the reason for why my monitor doesn't show display

In your motherboard's manual the Error Code 63 is listed as: 63-67 CPU DXE initialization is started. This means that the startup procedure stops there. Now since you are using a 7th genereation cpu and your chipset is a 1xx series, you should do a bios update.

Core i5-7600 (3.5GHz, 4C, L3:6M, Intel HD 600 series, 65W, rev.B0) ALL 3007

So you have to update to version 3007.

But just wondering if that's the reason why my monitor doesn't display anything or even though its not compatible yet my monitor should at least display the bios? no?

If the cpu can't get initialized I don't think you will see anything. The startup stops because of an incompatible (for the moment at least) cpu. Update the bios and try.
