Error 651 - Tesco.net the internet connection problems & windows7

Have an error 651 on a clients PC that's has been upgraded from vista to win7. Internet connection not available. Uses broadband via wired router (& wireless to laptop) to tesco.net

Just tesco.net ?

Try this
open a Command Prompt window, type in

ipconfig /release then press enter, then wait for the prompt line to come up again
then type
ipconfig /renew then press enter
