Error 651

Here is the problem. I installed windows 7 and now I can't access my wireless connectrion. My computer tells me that it is available but i'm encountering error 651. I have tried downloading fix it programs I spent money with just ask me and spent 3 hours with a tech on line and didn't get it fixed.

Please help me how do I get this problem resolved. Is there a 651 expert out there or someone who knows someone...I'm desperate...
