Hi, my friend has recently gone on Erasmus to Germany and is staying on campus, he is trying to connect to a VPN in his room through a wired connection and also has a router and is getting the same error message, error 720. We have been trying all day to find a solution but keep coming up with the same ones. his housemates had no problem connecting to the VPN.
We have tried to uninstall both TCP/IP but the uninstall button is not available. We have tried "Netsh int ip reset c:/resetlog.txt" but also did not work
he is running windows 8 /8.1
any solutions? 😀
