Error 800488 fb what can I do?

Hello,
It's been about 3 weeks than I can't enter in msn,due to an error,called Error 800488fb.So,could you help me on how to solve.

Don't download anything like registry cleaner, they are viruses and don't even clean up your pc, all you have to do is a few simple things,

1. right click on your msn icon
2. click run as administrator.

I followed your instructions,bu nothing has changed.I am trying to verify my e-mail,in order to be able to sign in msn.But it reguires to add my telephone number,unfortunately I am from Greece and there is no security availabe to connect!!!
What could I do otherwise?
