[SOLVED] Error B2 Black Screen

Good morning I would like to know if there is someone who can help me, I try to turn on my computer but the monitor is black with an error on the motherboard code b2. Graphics Card r9 280x Sapphire Cpu Xeon e5 2620v3 and one memory 8gb Hynix. My Motherboard is Qiyida X99 H9 and my CPU don't have onboard

I couldn't find a manual for your motherbd but B2 is usually a GPU issue loading /reading its ROM.
Try another GPU.
