Everytime system starts I'm getting error "CDEject.exe has stopped working".
All drivers installed, no Warnings in device manager either...

Solution
sigh lol. back to drawing board - that would have been too easy. :)

do you have a cd drive installed? I think meaning of file is just to make it look like its a cd driver... initials aren't often that easy though.

try doing an AV and lmalwarescan

try a clean boot and see if still happens - if it is gone, problem is one of your start up programs
do you have an acer?

http://systemexplorer.net/file-database/file/cdeject-exe/131259 is made by Driteck, if I search google for that I get it linked to an Acer launcher program

Using the Acer LaunchManager software you can change the default action of certain buttons on your keyboard. For instance you can use it to turn on wireless or bluetooth functionality and also re-assign the hotkey to other programs, for example.

Launch Manager is a program developed by Acer. It is bundled and preinstalled with various Acer computers. The most used version is 5.1.7, with over 98% of all installations currently using this version. Upon installation and setup, it defines an auto-start registry entry which makes this program run on each Windows boot for all user logins. It adds a background controller service that is set to automatically run. Delaying the start of this service is possible through the service manager. A scheduled task is added to Windows Task Scheduler in order to launch the program at various scheduled times (the schedule varies depending on the version). The software is designed to connect to the Internet and adds a Windows Firewall exception in order to do so without being interfered with.

if you don't have an Acer, I will have to start again :)

Sorry, I don't own acer laptop or pc, my pc has msi motherboard (b85m-g43)
