Error code 0d what to do

I got a new gigabye ax370 gaming 5 with ryzen 1600, ddr4 3000mhz gskill ram and new psu and graphics card but I cannot get it to post or do anything cant get into bios. The error code looks like 0d and the ez debug is lit for cpu detection failure

The board might need a BIOS update for supporting that CPU.
A local pc repair shop might help. Or, try RMA-ing the board and asking for a BIOS update.

Can I not bios flash it to the latest version?

Hi, old post,but might I can help still help you.

I had the same problem before. The problem is definitely in memories. Actually its problem of timing and frequency. 0d errors is something like the system should post but it stuck in the middle. To be honest your system is like extremely unstable and sometimes u can have luck and get into the bios, but mostly not.

Solution is to buy new memories from QVL of your motherboard, than it will work with no difficulties. Hope I helped you!
