Error code 0x00000e9

I have Windows Vista and I tried installing Windows 7 Ultimate following this guide https://www.google.com/amp/m.wikihow.com/Install-Windows-7%3Famp%3D1. It didn't work due to features being unable to install. After the failed installation I restarted my computer and now when I try to do anything it gives me the error code 0x00000e9

So you did a clean setup after wiping the disk, where did you get your Windows copy?
