I get this error code "0x80070003" while i was doing a clean new installation of windows 10 on my pc. Does this mean that my windows boot usb is broken/missing files and i got to buy a new one? Or can i fix it somehow.

I got this problem after doing the partitions in the install section.

When you did you fresh install, did you delete your old partitions as explained by #7 of the FAQ clean install instructions? https://forums.tomshardware.com/faq/how-to-do-a-clean-installation-of-windows-10.3170366/

Here is another link that deals with fresh installs of Windows 10 https://social.technet.microsoft.co...lling-fresh-windows-on-a-newly-built-computer

There is an older bug that generates that error code if you used an older version of EaseUS Partition Master (10.5). http://borncity.com/win/2015/08/08/is-easeus-partition-manager-a-windows10-upgrade-killer/
