Sometimes Win 7 is a bliss and sometimes as annoying as hell... But it is a user friendly Os though... Anyways I encountered a problem..Yes again.. that is when I troubleshoot it in internet connections...It gives this as a result...

What is the original problem you were having?

Sounds like primarily affecting memory. If it's Outlook related, see here:

If not, is there a chance you have a lot of programs running and not a lot of RAM? Possibly a bad stick of RAM (check overnight with free memtest86). Sounds like it might also be a full hard drive.

Finally, saw one person fixed it simply by changing from 32-bit to 64-bit windows.

I was troubleshooting my internet connection and it was then that i received this message...
Plus i did The Memtest too..It showed no errors...
