Error Code 0x80070017 while installing windows UGHH!!

Ok so i have a custom built computer that was running windows vista for a while. The computer started running really slow so i decided to format reinstall.

I put the disk in restarted the computer, formatted the harddrive and now when i try to reinstall windows with windowss 7 it says.

Windows cannot intall required files. The file may be corrupt or missing. Make sure all files required for installation are available.

Now i have been looking att other guides, but i cannot even get on to the computer now due to the fact there is no OS.
HELP!
