Error Code 0x80070035

Hello, for the past few months i've been getting the error code 0x80070035. What i've noticed is that the Server PC is visible on the network but can't be connected to, the connection from the server PC to the main PC is fine and i can access shared folders

When i run the trouble shooter on my main PC after getting the error code i get the error "file and print sharing resource (SERVER-PC) is online but isn't responding to connection attempts"

I've been getting this error for the past two windows updates, other than that nothing has changed in the system or the network

i've been through and made sure SMB 1.0 is enabled on both PC's and i am still getting the error i've also tried adding firewall exclusion for the port 445

I've been looking through fixes for the past week and I've had no luck

This is happening on windows 10 pro, version 1709, OS Build 16299.309

Any help would be appreciated

Just posting an update on my problem, there has just been a windows update, i was hopeful that it would fix my issue as i know alot of people are having the same struggle as me and have been posting on Microsoft's support thread. Unfortunately Windows is still giving me the same error as before the update and i still can't access all my stored files on my server PC
