Error code 0x80070057 On trying to install windows 10 clean

Hi there im out of options and dont know anymore what to do. So i have bought an sdd and tried to format via usb everything seems good so far until i came to advanced tab and choose wich partition should i delete and format so i tried to delete every partition and make new ones and format so theres no way to format or install windows on any partition everything i've tried its the same error 0x80070057 i cannot do anything when it boots it shows error missing windows wich is normal but theres no way to install a windows on any partitions also tried with diskpart and activating it as active but no luck.

Specs:Kingston ssd 240GB HDD 2TB, i5 2500k, 8gb ram, GTX 980

Right when you boot don't boot with UEFI just boot from the USB after hitting F12 or what ever key it is.
it will be displayed like
Boot option
USB: UEFI USB 8gb Example
USB: USB 8GB example
Should solve this, make sure you delete all the old partitions.
