Error Code 0x80070424 Cannot Install Apps

So, Trying to install apps (from the microsoft store) results in this error code 0x80070424
I have absolutely no idea what is causing this and would like help

(if required here is my system specs)
GPU Zotac Mini GtX 1070Ti
CPU Ryzen 7 1700
MOBO Asus Prime B350 Plus
RAM 8GB Viper Patriot 2400Mhz
PSU Hydro FSP 600w 80+ Bronze
SSD Kingston 90GB something (pulled out a laptop and is my boot drive)
HDD Seagate Barracuda 1TB
Case Segotep Halo ATX

This error is due to Windows Update and/or BITS registry items missing, The above didnt work for me. However i found a fix here that works 100% for me.
Download the zip file and run the 'w10 wuauserv' registry item first press yes on everything that pops up. This method doesn't require you to do any kind of windows repair or fresh install so you don't have to hassle with backing up e.t.c. If your BITS (Background Intelligent Transfer Service) registry item is missing then run this afterwards (w10 bits) Restart the pc and try it then.
