Trying to do a clean install keep getting error code when trying to delete partitions

Error code 0x8007045d often indicates a problem with the hard drive - - specifically a failing hard drive.
Test it with SeaTools for DOS which loads in to RAM from a bootable CD: http://www.seagate.com/gb/en/support/downloads/item/seatools-dos-master/

Use IMGBurn or your preferred image burning software to create the CD from the SeaTools ISO file:
