Error code 0x80070570

I am trying to reload windows 10 from a USB drive. I get this error code at 49% loaded. Using an SSD drive for the OS. I erased and partioned the SSD so nothing is on it. Help

Thank you.I tried to create a media disc with a 32 GB USB stick but midway through the download, I received an error code: 0x80004005-0xA001A. So I may have a bad USB stick. Going to get a 16 Gb stick and try again. I appreciate your help.
