So I am trying to do a clean Windows 10 install. I created a USB iso file with Windows Media creation tool, and I keep getting this error soon after the installation starts. I deleted all partitions. I tried re-loading the iso file to the flash drive several times, same error. I also tried an actual Microsoft boot USB drive. Same thing. I ran a diagnostic test on the HDD, and it showed no problems.

Am I missing something here??

Try running memtesst86 on each of your ram sticks, one stick at a time, up to 8 passes. Only error count you want is 0, any higher could be cause of the BSOD. Remove/replace ram sticks with errors.

1st answer would have been try another USB but you did. That error can be all sorts of things, 1st place to look is at ram, as people have found just removing 1 stick or swapping sticks around can fix it.
