Hello, I'm try to clean my PC using Windows Essential and it can't fix or erase the bad files, and I receive this message code what is this, how can I clean this bad files?

I'm also was trying to open this file is a MVP file there I download from sharpusa.com to make an update to a Blue Ray Player, but the problem is that I can't find the software can open this zip file and I try with zip7 and this can't open it
