Error Code 0xc0000005 with Grey Screen at Startup

Hello,

I'm experiencing Error Code 0xc0000005 with Grey Screen at Startup. I can reboot if I power off/on from the tower and can navigate to reboot screen by pushing F12. However, I'm not sure how to fix this. When I click OK on the dialogue box (not sure if that is what it's called) another box prompts and says "Windows Command Processor has stopped working" with a Close program option, I click it and it says "Host Process for Windows Tasks has stopped working" when I click Close program another dialogue appears "Host Process for Windows Services has stopped working" when I click Close program it says "Shell Infrastructure Host has stopped working" and the screen remains black with the mouse cursor visible.

Please help!


FYI: I had this problem once before with an error code similar to this one where I had to download Windows 10 unto a USB and was able to refresh the system so to speak with all my saved info still on the computer.

Somehow I was able to reboot and my desktop is visible and accessible now, however, it seems I cannot open anything. I'm assuming this should make it easier for anyone who may be able to help me?
