Error code 0xc0000102 on boot

So some weeks ago I got an ssd to upgrade my PC that only had an HDD with windows 10 installed for months. So when I got the SSD I cloned my windows from the HDD using Samsung software and it worked fine until some days ago when suddently whenever I booted the PC I got a blue screen

My PC was bought part by part and I assembled it myself some years ago, since then I only added more RAM and the SSD(Samsung 850EVO), no BIG changes.
I can still access the PC using the HDD but that's not a solution.

if you can get into a windows command prompt i would run:

chkdsk c: /f
bootrec.exe /Fixmbr
bootrec.exe /Fixboot
bootrec.exe /scanos
bootrec.exe /RebuildBcd
