Question Error code 152 while launching GTA5?

I get the error code 152 when i try to launch GTA 5, so every time i have to use a VPN to get around of that problem. Im from India and pretty sure that there are GTA 5 servers in India. whats the cause of such problem? -----> image . Please check out the image. is there a way to permanently solve this issue?

i downloaded it, when Epic games was distributing it for free. i dont know if there should be "my region" somewhere in rockstar or epic game launcher.

I have to use VPN to launch GTA5, otherwise rockstar couldn't verify the authenticity and game doesn't launch. I hope using VPN is not an offense.
