[SOLVED] Error Code 2004

I am repeatedly getting perfnet error code 2004. I am attempting to play a few games (Star Citizen, Bannerlord), but I keep getting these errors roughly 20 mins into the game. The error is surrounded by error codes 1008, and 2002. When it happens I hear buzzing in my headset and the screen freezes. Please help

This is the message of the error

"Unable to open the Server service performance object. The first four bytes (DWORD) of the Data section contains the status code."

full system spec? include make and model of the psu
cpu/gpu temp and usage during the game?
ram/ssd/hdd usage during the game?

GPU: EVGA 2070 Super
CPU: i7-6700
RAM: 32gb
PSU: 600 Watt Standard 80 Plus Certified
Motherboard: GIGABYTE G1.Sniper z170 SLI ATX

50% RAM usage ingame....its early access so?
Nothing on a malware scan

Also I have even tried just turning the service off... it still gives me this error just like 2 hours later

So you are thinking its my power supply problem? think I need a higher watt?

Why would a error code 2004 mean PSU? Im just curious they seem unrelated

thanks for your help I will dig a little more and probably get a new PSU
