Question Error Code 31 and Error 182 with AMD Radeon 7650M ?

• When I installed graphic driver from: AMD website, Windows update, Device Manager, and many driver updater tools like IObit Driver Booster ... a black screen appears for too long time (with sound) and never ends and PC freezes until pressing power button, and after restarting Windows fails to boot.
• I installed AMD Auto-Detect and Install Tool but that ended with error 182.
• Sometimes, after updating the graphic driver, Windows starts but this error code 31 appears.

Please help.

Do you have a restore point saved before all this updating you did? If you do go back to this point and do not use iobit booster. Manually install the updates yourself.
