Error Code 43 - GTX 1060

Well, the title describes it all. My gtx 1060 has randomly stopped working, and I don't know why. In the device manager, it says there is an error with it (Error Code 43). Even the windows diagnostics don't help at all. I don't know if this caused it, but before all of this happened, my laptop would often overheat and freeze while on my desk, and the fans would also start spinning very loudly. What is wrong with my driver, is it just out of date? If so, how would I get it back to date and working again?

The title describes it all. I have consistently gotten the Error Code 43 on my GTX 1060. I have basically followed every possible step I could, but nothing works! If I uninstall the 1060 from my device manager, the error goes away for only about 10 minutes, the it comes back right away. What do I do? How do I fix this on a laptop?

Honestly it sounds like you overheated it to death. Maybe someone who knows laptops better will chime in
