error code 51

I recently made a new pc a while ago and i've noticed my motherboard displaying the error 51, which the manual says has something to do with memory but doesnt go any further into it. At first ive ignored it as i havent experienced any problems with it, but i have now noticed my pc doesnt behave properly when starting up again from sleep mode and a new game of mine has been crashing a lot more than often which should be happening, and i suspect may be due to this memory error. Can i please get some help trying to figure out what is causing the error and how to resolve it.

Motherboard: Asus Maximus VIII hero atx LGA1151
CPU: Inel Core i7-6700K 4.0GHz Quad Core processor
RAM: corsair Vengence LPX 16gb DDR4-2666
GPU: GTX 980Ti 6GB superclocked

So i have updated the BIOS and the q-code 51 appears to be resolved and is displaying A0 which I hear is a good thing, though there was a thunderbolt host chip thing I heard can cause that code error. Mobo drivers I'm assuming is motherboard driver....? I have updated all drivers I found in the device manager (all were up to date) and the GPU drivers as well. I have also set the DRAM speed to 2666, at default it was at 2133 though I suspect it changed in the BIOS update as I remember changing it before hand. I'll let it run for a while and test the sleep function and the game I've been having issues with and hopefully everything works out, thanks for the help.

Ok, appears the sleep problem is not yet resolved. I attempted to turn on pc after placing it in sleep mode (for about an hour) and it sounded like it was starting up and then nothing, just sounded like it was running but my monitor would not pick up any input, and mouse and keyboard were unresponsive. Q-code E1 was displayed. I left it for a while on the off chance it was just slow and still nothing. I then attempted to do a restart using the restart button, and the Q-code kept shifting between 4F, 25, 41 in that order. I was then forced to force it to shut down, in which when it started it told me overclocking failed to set up or something along those lines, press enter to set up (which didnt work) or F1 which went into BIOS, I left it as it was, started up, got an immediate blue screen with memory management, and then restarted and now I'm here. I believe i got memory management before when this happened immediately after the start up.
As for the game, it still crashes randomly with no error message and I cant tell if its just the game is unstable or if theres something wrong with my machine, I currently have a support ticket with the Ubisoft over it, I'll relay information if important.

So any other ideas?

Haven't been able to duplicate this, and tried with a couple sets of 2666, what PSU? Might still be a glitch in BIOS they haven't gotten to yet with your set of sticks, might try raising the DRAM voltage + 0.05, for the sleep issue. Might also try same with the vCore (CPU voltage (a slight increase) on the gaming

Odd thing happened this morning with start up, the pc got stuck and was displaying the AE q-code (according to manual means Legacy Boot Event. So i had to force shut down and boot up again. I haven't fiddles around with the voltages yet, everything is still set to default.
My power supply is a corsair RM850i gold fully modular 80+ Gold, which should be more than enough power for my rig. Only other possibility i can thing revolving power was the power to gpu. It came with a weird power connector cable combonation (sorry for not using official terms) but eventually the number of pins was a bit weird, they wanted an 8 pin cable and a six pin, now there was no 8 pin that matched the slot, except for the one they gave in the package, which wanted two 6 pin connectors to power the one 8. We didnt use that (dont remember reasoning why) and instead used just a 6 pin and 1 pin to power the 8 pin slot on the gpu (sorry if bit confusing). Could that result in a lack of power to the GPU which could be causing crashes with the game?

Yeah it is using that. I've managed to solve to game crashing issue, seems it had nothing to do with hardware and just software, the overlay used by ubisoft didnt seem to agree with something and was causing crashes, im guessing steams overlay, so i disabled it and it appears to be fine.
Still working on adjusting setting to test the sleep issue. (sorry i still consider myself a beginner with this stuff and waiting for help with a mate, cause i dont particularly want to break my pc lol, ill give an update when its done and tested.

Ok appears problem is now no longer just with sleep mode and is now effecting initial boot up. It is now a 50-50 chance of not booting up properly, and getting stuck on something, (Q-code has changed a few times, seen it stuck on 99, and AE). The computer will start booting up and making all the noise to suggest its running and then it will just stop, but continue running, just not making progress, sometimes with the keyboard, keyboard and monitor completely unresponsive (not being picked up and or picking up signals) and the last time, it was displaying the page for entering bios and keyboard and mouse were lit up, but nothing was happening, and nothing would respond. If this happens I have to force a shutdown (holding power button) and try again.
So it appears to be getting worse.
