Replaced my old motherboard with an Asrock Z270 Taichi. The number 53 appears on it's Dr. Debug when I start it up. The manual says it's an issue with the memory. It also tells me that there are 5 things to do if I get this error:

-Reinstall the ram
-Reinstall the CPU
-Reset the CMOS
-Put the ram in different slots
-Try running the PC with only one memory stick in the slots.

I did all 5. I also tried putting a single memory stick in a different slot every time I started it up, for both memory sticks. And yes, the CPU slot pins are straight and none are bent. Nothing worked and error code 53 still persists. I'm assuming it's an incompatibility with the memory sticks, but is there any other solution?

The RAM in question is Crucial Ballistix Sport 16gb DDR4-2400.

UPDATE: There are a few different error codes below 53 upon startup, but only for a second, then it goes to 53 again. Also, still no answer,

Solution
the only way to be sure is test it in another system. Yes, if you have another mobo, and a CPU to go with it then you can test it. You're trying to get the system to boot with the ram.
It's possible the ram is faulty, or isn't tested with the mobo for compatibility. As, shknawe said, try link the exact model so we can determine that. With that said, if the ram wasn't compatible, it would most likely run at lower speeds, but still run.

It's possible you may have damaged the DIMMS when swapping them to new mobo. Have you any other DDR4 DIMMS you can try or maybe borrow from a friend for the night to test with? That will tell us if the DIMMS you have are faulty.

Supahos made a good point. It could be a faulty mobo too! Did you buy it new? If so, consider RMA'ing it, but try other ram first to be sure. If it's second hand, then it could be that the mobo was faulty to begin with, so maybe look at returning to seller.

The board does support a single stick of 16gb ram but not the Crucial stick. Since 2400 is the lowest speed that board accepts it could be the ram but not because it isn't compatible. If you try your ram in your friends machine and it works I would rma the board if it's under warranty. It shouldn't be this hard.

I'm in class right now, but i'll send the ram model number as soon as I get home. Also my old board worked just fine with the ram sticks, and the old board is still working perfectly fine, it just doesn't have the ability to OC the CPU. If the ram worked on the old board, does this mean the new board is faulty and I should just RMA it?

It's possible, but don't rule out getting the ram to work, just yet. Post the model number when you can.

The model number is BLS2C8G4D240FSB

Those DIMMS aren't on the QVL for the board, but that doesn't mean they wont work. Cam you test them in another system? A friends, maybe?

Isn't simply testing on my old board the same thing as testing on a different system? Sorry, while I do have a friend with a build, it would certainly take a while to go over to his place to test the DIMMS.

I've already made sure it's seated properly. Pushed it all the way in until the clips clicked in place.

Already tried that.

Okay, I will get a friend to test my DIMMS in his system. Also, if their system does boot with my ram sticks, what does that mean for my motherboard? Does it mean it's faulty or something else?

Yes, that would indicate there may something wrong with the mobo. Did you clean the slots out with compressed air? Just in case it's some dust thats got in there.

My friend tested the ram in his system and the system had the same results. The debug light lit up next to RAM. His CPU and mobo are an i5 6500 and an MSI H110i pro. I assume the problem is 100% with the ram, right? Just need your confirmation.
