Error code 80048823 after i changed my password

i have changed my password for security reasons and i am sure i did everything in the correct way. after that i was trying to sign in but its not working it keeps giving me this 80048823 error. Some help will be great and thanks in advance.

first do you have a good A/V program that is kept up to date, second try restoring the computer to a date before all this started and then make sure it works ok, save this as a restore point with a unique name and then try changing you password, you may be infected with a Ice Cold worm
