''[After tested all 4 slots, they all have the code jumping from 00, 19, 00,4c constantly]'' - 00 Please check if the CPU is installed correctly and then clear
CMOS.

I've see a few guys just here at tons that ended up with bad skylake cpu's as well ? after all else failed they returned there chips and the replacements worked right out of the box as expected ??

I had a asus board that gave fits as long as I only used on stick of memory at default it worked good anything more than that ????? funny thing is I replaced the asus with a asrock and everything that failed to work on the asus worked great on the asrock first boot still today ..

with the asus I used 3 gpu's 3 memory kits [different ] 2 cpu's , 2 hard...

I got code 53 now with beeping sound. Actually, i think the code first appear as 00, then 19, then 53 and then stay at 53 with beeping sound

After tested all 4 slots, they all have the code jumping from 00, 19, 00,4c constantly, without any noise. Also, there a red-light at the bios

Still the same error code. Does it have anything to do with the cpu cooler? because my backplate for the cooler went missing now so i don't use the cooler at the moment. Is that what supposed to cause the problem?

Yeah now i get code 00 with either the one ram installed or not at all, same result. And no signal transfer to the monitor, the usb keyboard doesn't seems to connect either

could be the memory ? like said here

http://forum.asrock.com/forum_posts.asp?TID=1530&title=z170-oc-formula-error-53-memory

may try a latest bios or may need another brand / series of memory for compatibility like that guy did and got it going ?

maybe trade it in for

its on the tested list as one of the few 2x8 kits in your boards memory supported list ?

also may check your cpu cooler mounting if incorrect like tightened too much or crooked can cause memory issues [google that up to see]

After i connected the fan to the cpu_fan connector, not i gets random error starting from 30 to 39, then jump to 62 and stay there for a while, then jump to 89 then the computer just shut off and reset

I bought these ram sticks like a month ago so not sure if i can do the trade-in, probably buy some cheap rams to test it out then return

If starting the board with no RAMs, what code getting?

53 with beeping sound

sometimes you just end up with a lemon from any part its just finding out what is the lemon or the issue that sucks and can cost $$ and time + headache

I would look over the boards memory test list and pick up a cheap kit from it to try and see ? make sure your cpu cooler is not mounted in correct and warping the pcb like I said can cause a memory issue

all you can do is do a process of elimination and hope you hit it early

also don't forget 3200 memory is a overclock as well on skylake cpu's you may need to just try one stick as said above and set it all up then add the 2ed I seem th recall xmp was not so good with skylakes as well and maybe buggy where there were some that when using memory over native speeds had issue with them

you said you got drdebug error 4C ? may contact asrock support on that seeing its not a listed error code [pages 26-27 manual]
