Error code C0000374

So I have tried to upgrade to W10 twice and each time I get this error code. The download completes and then it says something has crashed and the install fails. I am trying to do this from W7, and help is appreciated.

I did a Google search and found a lot of info about this here:

One suggested solution there was to download the ISO file from Microsoft here:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
