Question Error Code CC

This has probably been asked before but, why does my motherboard say CC? It only says it now with 4 sticks of RAM. Works with 1,2 and 3 sticks though. But no matter what I do whenever I have 4 sticks of RAM in it always says CC and my monitor says “No Display” I’ve tried tightening my cooler, resetting my BIOS plugging it in and out but nothing seems to work.
Specs: i9 9900k, RTX 2080 TI, Maximus XI Hero, 32Gb 3000mhz corsair dominator platinum rgb ddr4

And.....?

Meaning what was done and what happened?

For example: If three sticks of RAM work and fours sticks of RAM do (does) not work then are you able to swap out sticks to narrow the problem down to being one particular stick? Or combination of sticks and slots?

Do all of the RAM sticks match the required/recommended memory that can be installed on the motherboard?

If the problem is still there then use Speccy (free) to take a closer look at the hardware combinations - you may find some clue or mismatch therein.
