Error code Clock_watchdog_timeout Ryzen

So ive built a new PC and after installing Windows and updating the bios I have been getting a bsod with that error code , the parts are brand new and are all compatible so I don't understand how it keeps bugging on me like that please help!

:Specs:
CPU-ryzen 2700x
Mobo- Asus x470 I strix
Ram-trident z rgb 16gb 3200mhz
Gpu- founders edition Gtx 1070
Psu- Edge antec 750W

Downclock your ram speed, usually that happens to me when I oced on 775,boots up but gives bsod.
set ram speed to 2666 manually.

The problem is that I haven't OC the PC

It underclocks itself to 2133mhz on 1.200V on stock. Should I set it on 2666?

Hmm, weird, try first loading optimal default, if that also doesnt work, try setting ram speed manually, if even that doesnt work, go for bios update.
And last thing that comes in my mind is either cmos battery or ram compability issue.

Can you list exact same model number of ram (should be on sticker of ram).

Alright after reseting the cmos and fixing the down clocking to 2666 it still freezing And the ram model is
F4-3200c16d-16gtzr

Yes it is... Try manually these timings.

From reports that I saw, on other forums, its most likely bad cpu , yes rare but it happens.
