error code ox80070091

I have received the following windows 10 error code - ox80070091 %programmefiles%windowsApps AppxStaging.

I am a bit of a try fix it yourself person rather than a techy but this one has me. According to the mircrosoft site this has been caused by an update, due to this problem I cant system restore, nor can I fix my libre office app.

I know wndows 10 is a nighmare for these problems but its so much better than windows 8.5 which came with my notebook.

There is some advice on the microsoft website but I dont really understand it , Can one of you nice techy people out there help, as I got so far but couldnt figure out the last part.

I am asking you guys as I have found this the most helpful and techicnically accurate site in the past.

i assume you mean 8.1 as if you have 8.5, I want to see it

I can find it related to system restore, I assume you didn't use that

one thing that might help is run sfc/dism
search cortana for command prompt, right click the control panel search result and choose run as admin
type SFC /scannow and press enter
once its completed, copy/paste this command into same window:
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth and press enter
SFC fixes system files, DISM cleans image files, re run SFC if it failed to fix all files and restart PC
