Error code problems, I dont know what to do

Hello all, after putting together my new build I went to turn it on and nada, only the bug code for 0d I believe or Dd I really dont know what to do, my sys specs are ryzen 1600, gigabyte gaming 5 x370, g skill ram 3000mhz and a 650 psu with gtx 1070 strix
