Replace the CMOS battery on the motherboard.
Reset the time and date, restart the computer.

In other words your system time and date are wrong, as said the cause is because the Cmos battery is used to keep the time and date correct when the system is powered off at the wall as it uses a Real time clock. when the battery runs out this the time and date are lost. its the sign of an old Cmos battery with no power left in it. to keep the RTC of the Cmos right.
