My computer is crashing and halting suddenly for 2 months already, at the beginning I thought it was driver so I got a Driver Updater it detected all my outdated drivers and updated them, that fixed the issues for 1 month, but now I am back to the same issues, very slow, sometimes BSOD, and sometimes it just hangs and I have to wait minutes to recover.

I bought PC doctor and this is what I got.

The memory is a Trident-X I believe DDR3 2400, so does that mean that I just need to replace the memory?

Thanks

well you just said one thing that alarms me. By driver updater do you mean some program that tells you if you have out of date drivers? I'm sorry but you should never, ever trust any program to do this other than Windows itself or by going directly the the manufacturer websites.

As for what PC doctor said. One I'm amazed they still exist. They've been provided severely over priced and under performing software since the 90s. I really can't trust anything it tells you. Especially since you can't even find results if you google that error code, which is a big indicator that it's a meaningless number.

If you want to run a memory test than use the one built into Windows...

BSOD of death is usually hardware related so drivers and RAM, usually drivers. Before you go spending any more money you should seriously consider just reinstalling Windows (this is very easy if you have Windows 10) and starting over from scratch.
