Error during Win7 format

Hello, im facing a problem with my desktop computer.. I (first time) tried to format and install win7 from a usb stick but something went wrong. Let me explain u better: i got win7 on pc (as files) and i made my usb bootable with the windows inside so i restarted my pc and tried to format the disk and istall the windows again. everything seemed to go just fine, i did the whole proccess succefully and i entered to the desktop and then i removed the usb and restarted again the pc but i get an error saying that windows cant start becuase its missing some files on c;windows/system32/system (or a similar directory, im not sure) and that i should insert the installation disc (of windows obviously) to continue... I have plugged in the usb again but i still get this error. what can i do pls help i write from my laptop now...
